Questions from Gloria
1. If there was one book that you could turn into a movie, which one would it be?
I think I would turn Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas into a movie because it's such a actionpacked book that it would make a wonderful movie, if it's an amazing adaptation.
2. If you could meet one character from a book, who would it be?
That's a tough question... But I think I would choose Will Herondale from The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare because, common !, it's WILL HERONDALE :D
3. If you had to live on an abandoned island, and you could take one author with you that would write books for you, who would it be?
Definitely Cassandra Clare! She will publish many new books around the shadowhunter world in the next couple of years and I wouldn't stand it if I coulndn't read those.
4. If you could become one book character, who would it be?
Annabeth Chase from the Percy Jackson and the Heroes of Olympus series by Rick Riordan.
5. What's your favorite fictional world?
So much I love the shadowhunter world I must say that I love the world of the Throne of Glass series aswell... but I'm sorry. I can't choose between them (:
6. Where do you like reading the most?
In my room, either on my couch or on my bed (:
7. What language(s) do you read in?
I read in English and German but for the last 6 months and in the future I'll just going to read in English.
8. How many hours a week do you spend reading?
It every week differnet, as in my holidays I read 3 books a week but now that school started for me, I'm glad if I can read one book a week and that mostly just at the weekends. So on average I would say between 2 and 8 hours.
9. Do your parrents ever tell you that you read to much?
Nope.
10. ebook, paperback or hardback?
Hardback !

I've got, including my mangas, 146 books and excluding my mangas exactly 99.
2. What was your best reading experience, or best book you ever read?
I have many books I love :D But if I really must say one I would go with a not so hyped book like Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas or If I stay by Gayle Forman.

This has every book a bit but a lot... none I can think of..
4. Have you ever lined up or was there extra early at a book release or authors event?
Unfortunately never.. -.- (because Germany..)
5. Have you ever seen a cover for a book and just impulsively bought it without even reading the blurb or anything about the book?
Not with any book but I mostly do that with my mangas :D
6. What is your most anticipated release for 2015?
If Lady Midnight, the first book of the Dark Artifices trilogy by Cassandra Clare, will be released next year, then that! (beacuse it isn't clear right now if in 2015 or 2016) If it won't than maybe Miss Mayhem by Rachel Hawkins.
7. Do you set yourselves goals for how many books you want to read over a certain period of time?
No.
8. You're in the middle of the forest and there are three doors with one female person behind each one. The first one is Katniss Everdeen, the second is June Iparis and the third is your favourite heroine of all time....Who is it? And Why?
I think it would be Juliette Ferrars from the Shatter Me trilogy by Tahereh Mafi because she's soo kick-ass! Or it would be Celeana Sardothien from the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas because just love and kick-ass :D

REVIEW : If I stay by Gayle Forman
Synopsis
'Just listen,' Adam says with a voice that sounds like shrapnel. I open my eyes wide now. I sit up as much as I can. And I listen.
'Stay,' he says.
Everybody has to make choices.
Some might break you.
For seventeen-year-old Mia, surrounded by a wonderful family, friends and a gorgeous boyfriend decisions might seem tough, but they're all about a future full of music and love, a future that's brimming with hope.
But life can change in an instant.
A cold February morning . . . a snowy road . . . and suddenly all of Mia's choices are gone. Except one.
As alone as she'll ever be, Mia must make the most difficult choice of all.
Review
I loved this book!
It was beautiful written and very emotional and yes, I cried.. About 10 pages away from the end :D
But it was heartbreaking and cute so yeah..
To the characters : I loved them. Mia was a girl who lived for and in music and Adam was a guy who just loves that about her. They have a wonderful relationship.
Teddy is just cute and funny. I laughed so much about him through the book.
And Mia's parents are just great. Gran and Gramps were also just so adorable.
I really liked the way it was written too. Those throwbacks when Mia was remembering or thinking about something. It made the book feel real.
And I think the movie will be awesome because I read those two interviews with Chloe and Jamie and from that I would say that the movie is totally based on the book and there are no new scenes in it that we hasn't known.
And because of spoilers I won't tell you the end :D
This book get from me
Have you read it ?
If so, did you like it or not, and why ?
And are you excited for the movie ?

I think I'll pick this book up this weekend because of the movie which's coming out soon and I prefer reading the book before watching the movie.
Aaand also of this stunning movie edition cover *-* Isn't it beautiful ?
And even thought it seems like a really sad story I'm intrigued reading it soon :D

My Wishlist #2
The Book
Synopsis
She won’t rest until she’s sent every walking corpse back to its grave. Forever.
Had anyone told Alice Bell that her entire life would change course between one heartbeat and the next, she would have laughed. From blissful to tragic, innocent to ruined? Please. But that’s all it took. One heartbeat. A blink, a breath, a second, and everything she knew and loved was gone.
Her father was right. The monsters are real….
To avenge her family, Ali must learn to fight the undead. To survive, she must learn to trust the baddest of the bad boys, Cole Holland. But Cole has secrets of his own, and if Ali isn’t careful, those secrets might just prove to be more dangerous than the zombies….
I wish I could go back and do a thousand things differently.
I'd tell my sister no.
I'd never beg my mother to talk to my dad.
I'd zip my lips and swallow those hateful words.
Or, barring all of that, I'd hug my sister, my mom and my dad one last time.
I'd tell them I love them.
I wish... Yeah, I wish.
This book sounds pretty cool and my friend recently read it and intrigued me even more to finally read it (:
ATTENTION : Until August 13 I'm on vacation so I won't be able to post anything. So don't worry, I'll be alive :D
Have you read this book ?
If so, did you like it or not, and why ?

On my Shelf #2 / These Broken Stars by A. Kaufman & M. Spooner
Synopsis
It's a night like any other on board the Icarus. Then, catastrophe strikes: the massive luxury spaceliner is yanked out of hyperspace and plummets into the nearest planet. Lilac LaRoux and Tarver Merendsen survive. And they seem to be alone.
Lilac is the daughter of the richest man in the universe. Tarver comes from nothing, a young war hero who learned long ago that girls like Lilac are more trouble than they’re worth. But with only each other to rely on, Lilac and Tarver must work together, making a tortuous journey across the eerie, deserted terrain to seek help.
Then, against all odds, Lilac and Tarver find a strange blessing in the tragedy that has thrown them into each other’s arms. Without the hope of a future together in their own world, they begin to wonder—would they be better off staying here forever?
Everything changes when they uncover the truth behind the chilling whispers that haunt their every step. Lilac and Tarver may find a way off this planet. But they won’t be the same people who landed on it.
I think it's quite a shame that I haven't read it yet even though I own it a really long time now.. but I think I'll read it on my train ride when I'm going to visit my friend for a week (:
And the next companion book comes out in the fall I think so I definitely will read it before that if I won't pick it up for the train ride :D
Have you read it ?
If so, did you like it or not, and why ?
